Web guru needed to get a page working properly

Can any web gurus help me with my webstore/paypal thingy?

I'm half built but I think it's all wrong and I haven't got a schmick how I should be doing it...fumbling around in the dark here..:shrug:

I'd prefer to talk about it by PM, but I have MSN and SKYPE to aid in getting it happening if anyone can spare the time and effort.
