Hi,

As per topic, looking for a sub 100mm refractor OTA that is not a toy. So basically it should at least 1.25" eyepiece barrel, and have a solid focuser that can preferably be locked.

A galileoscope would be fine.

If you have one, name your price and we will see :)

Cheers,
Steve

Hi Steve,
I have an 80 x 600 achromat. It has coated optics, tube rings and dovetail, a 2" focuser that can be locked and a 2" to 1.25" adapter. I was using it as a guidescope on my imaging setup, but it's no longer required. Bought S/H last year for $200, looking for about $150.

PM me if you would like further info or photos.

Cheers

Thanks for the responses guys.

I was offered a free galileoscope, so I will see how that works out - both the deal and the application.

Otherwise Keith's 80mm seems really good :)

Cheers,
Steve
