A couple of months ago I registered with Astromart. Apparently they sent an email to me which I had to acknowledge to get the registration activated. I didnt get the email as my isp has a spam filter set and it identified the email as spam. I have sent quite a few emails to them requesting another authorisation be sent as I have had spam filter de activated. They refuse to reply. I have tried to re register with either my hotmail or yahoo email addresses, but they do not accept those addresses, so I am up the creek without a paddle. If I try to re register with another name, It wont get accepted because they still have my current email address for the original attempt. Sheesh is it all worth it?

How annoying :( I registered with them about 6 months ago, but don't browse the site much..
Most of the ads have shipping as CONUS, i'm guessing they don't want to ship overseas.

A lot of ISPs allow you to have a number of email addresses on the one account. So you could create another email address, get your email program to look for mail from your ISP for it as well and register again with the new email.

But maybe it isn't worth the effort...

Why don't you try contacting your isp to see if there is a way for you to control the spam filters? It might be possible for you to setup your own filter for any emails containing the word "astromart" or from the astromart domain to be sent to a specific folder. Does your isp delete all spam emails straight away? Or does it just send it to the trash? Just check, you might be able to change a setting somewhere to specify whether you want your spam permanantly deleted or just sent to your trash folder. Then it's just a case of getting everything sent to the trash and you just browsing through it for your astromart emails. Tedious, but that may just be your only option.
As to whether it's worth it, I've had some great deals on some hard to acquire items, and especially on meade stock (since US stores don't ship meade outside the US - and it's too expensive to buy new here most of the time). Many people will ship overseas if you ask. It's only when they state CONUS "ONLY" is where you'll run into some unfriendly responses. All the people I've dealt with on astromart have been super friendly and very patient with the time zones.
