Hi all,
Up for sale is my Takeaway shop located in Tumut NSW. Ive owed this shop for over three years now and its time to try my hand at something different.
We are a little bit different in that we are the only people in our region to offer Gluten free fish and chips and catering for people who are wheat or gluten intolerant. Its a niche market that seems to be growing at a fast rate. We offer a selection of fresh fish cooked as required with many happy repeat customers
The shop has been a finalist in the ACT and Southern NSW best business awards twice and taking honors in 2008.
Its in a great location with the local picture theater across the road and next door to a shopping center. Turnover has been increasing steadily since we opened.
Tourism is good with the summer trade coming from the local dam (Blowring dam), fishing and visitors to the Kosciusko national park with the winter trade just as good from the ski fields only an hour away.
