This is kind of a re_reprocess :screwy:
Added 10x10Min HA taken last night.
Adding HA to a LRGB image is not that easy, as i have found out :(
Blended at 72% it looks about right to me,others might not like it:P

Wow - real nice Martin. There's just so much detail within the lanes when you add Ha, and I personally reckon it looks fantastic. :)

Looks very good to me too! The Ha does give a 3d look to the outer dust lanes! I think it also tames the colour nicely.

Sure are in overdrive now Martin. Drawing out lots of nebula there with a bit of a 3D effect too. There will be no stopping you with the dark skies at Snake Valley.

Cheers Daniel.

Nice job Martone...and if you added data then it is not strictly a repro...Sidonio style anyway

I am thinking it looks like you have used the shadow highlight tool..? It can make an image look more detailed and contrasty but it tends to flatten it and up the noise as well if you are not careful :confuse3:...if you didn't use the SH tool...eeer? then forget what I just said :P

@!$@$@%@ ;)
Yes i used the shadow/highlight tool
Next time i use that "tool" i have to make sure i have more data so the noise is minimal or none existent.
