I saw a new item recently about the jazz bassist Ron Carter, who perhaps is best know for playing with Miles in the early 60's. He is now 72 and still going; and BTW he has played on 2000+ albums.

Yes indeed ... having reached "old age" I find it difficult to accept that I am old... so I dont;).
I am still playing pool, arm wrestling and generally staying up most nights till late:P and at that concert I realised from the various "old folk" there:D that I need not feel guilty for not acting my age:eyepop:.
In fact I feel better than I have ever felt in my life... no worries about dying no worries about living... I think I observed the wrong 60 year olds earlier and there are those at 60 who could pass for 80... but its all good... you have to be yourself.

Hope you enjoyed the concert Alex, I would have loved to have gone as well. Don't worry about not acting your age.
As Snoopy once said "I've got to start acting more sensible - Tomorrow"
Cheers
