Here is a basic effort same time roughly as Rumples. I think we live in a "seeing hole".
V.Good Peter,
What are the details of this image?

Sorry bout that, used the Tak toucam pro, 1/25th sec, 1800frames, zero gamma 100% saturation, 50%brightness, 20%gain. I think that is about it. used registax and nothing else. Seeing was deteriorating at the time. Oh yeah I used an atmospheric dispersion corrector with my 5x powermate.
One thing I noticed and have done so on a couple of shots taken at about the same time, and that is the northern polar hood appears slightly "flat", thought it might have been caused by my equipment. Obviously just an abberation.

Yeah, well I am doing polar alignment tonight. The seeing has been fairly reasonable here. Can see the airy disk from time to time.
