Hey Liz hope you didn't use the flash on the Gecko's they might be worried about blackmail if they saw the flash.:lol:

Great shots Liz, Love the bird ones, that sea hawk is just sitting there like he's king of the land. :thumbsup:
Thank you fellow Queenlanders ;)
My house is full of geckos, as are your houses, but hopefully they wont be out for revenge :scared2: ..... harmless creatures, except when they fall on you :eyepop: .... though I have seen one eating a ....... Huntsman!!!

I was in Port Douglas for 6 years. I rented an old nursury house (just one big single room, no windows or doors in the openings) and made a workshop in the end of it by putting a wall across. I didnt bother to put any quad or architrave along the top of the wall sheets and so thin slivers of light would magnetise moths to them if I left the light on in the workshop. My bed was against the wall and so I happened to be lying there one night just looking up and was amused for hours watching geckos feed on moths by waiting just in the darkness beyond where the light would get to out of the small cracks and then just launch themselves into the light and of course a meal. Was fascinating ... only one draw back ... all those moths mean full stomachs and eventually .. well it all has to go somewhere :lol:
I shared that house with all manner of creatures
Anyway ... back to the thread ... GREAT collection of pictures Liz ... nice variety and all shots handsomely done.
A treat for sure. :thumbsup:
:) nice pics Liz :thumbsup::thumbsup:
