Locking Threads

What is the problem Mike? If you lock threads willy nilly we will just start them up again.

This is a site that purports to be scientific. Yet the ignorant can make the most absurd assertions and when we attempt to answer in monosylabic terms to refute their misconceptions the thread is locked.

It is a loss to all of you not me.

Any sort of censorship is anathma to me.

I make no apologies for locking yet another climate change thread that goes beyond its useful purpose.

We don't need a new climate change thread every 3 weeks which ends up with the same people saying the same old arguments all the time.

If everyone posting had all the answers, like some seem to, they'd be giving lectures in Copenhagen, not posting here on IceInSpace.
