Finally have my imaging scope where I want it.
Acquired a new 2nd hand VC200L; fitted new 2.5" Starlight Feathertouch focuser, 2mm milled spider vane. :)

Setup to test everything with the modded 40D.
Collimation I think is a little out, but so far I'm happy with the initial results.

Processing is a little overdone and blue in the core to my liking.

VC200L F/9
12x2min ISO800 ICNR
1x5min ISO800 ICNR
No darks, Bias or flats.
PP in PS CS4.

Cropped

Looking very nice, no diamond stars visible in the image. I would like to see an image of something like the jewel box to see how the spider mod has worked.
Looks good so far.

No probs
Will do this next time. I actually was going to image the Jewel Box last night after Omega, but ran out of time.
