"I have had it. Seriously!
My ATWB staff is getting NASTY phone calls from AstroMart users. I am getting NASTY emails from AstroMart users.
Look at the FORUMS if you would like to see a couple.
AstroMart is a PAIN IN MY ASS. I am trying to take two weeks off with my family and I cannot do it. My staff is NOT there to take care of AstroMart - they are there to take care of ATWB clients. ATWB clients email me and tell me if I don't run AstroMart the way THEY want they won't buy from ATWB and so on.

Well KIDS - I have had it.
If over the next several days this continues I am going to open AstroMart UP. The WILD WEST. hotmails/yahoos/gmails/junos/ etc. NO SUPPORT emails - I am going to give it to someone I hate.

Get my drift?
To the 1% of you that are a pain in the ASS - you are winning - I can't take it anymore.

hOughie, having never used it, what's the prob? I take it that ATWB is his site? :shrug: :D L.

ATWB = Anacortes Telescope and Wild Bird, the company that sells telescopes and stuff in the US and also hosts the Astromart forums.

Anacortes is known to be a bit of a loose cannon.

Herb is the loose cannon and he is the one that is causing all the problems!!!! He cancels accounts for no apparent reasons giving stupid reasons. I have personally seen some people flout the rules and still get away with it (like quoting e bay and selling on behalf of friends). Its the double standards that is the problem....

If you give Herb $$$ (ie. support astromart.) he is happy with whatever you do! My account is still dead, and haven't bothered with astromart from awhile now. There are other ways to buy/sell the bits you need.
