Clavius Crater

Imaging Clavius at very high resolution has been a goal for some time. This image is just a bit smaller than full resolution but it presents a nice look at the crater and surrounding area. Details of the mosaic are below the image. Pity I did not get more surrounding frames to neaten up the overall mosaic.

The Mars and Saturn images are great - I really like your Saturn, good colour and very crisp.
Clavius is a corker - a few more frames would have been good!

Great resolution on the mosaic Paul. Gives an impression of size of this monster ... about 220km wide and 3.5 km deep so I read.
