ADM Losmandy to Vixen Adapter. (http://www.admaccessories.com/Miscellaneous_Losmandy_to_Vixen.htm ) Has a Losmandy Dovetail so it bolts to a losmandy clamp and has a vixen clamp on top, lets you mount a vixen dovetail and scope on top. ie: Losmandy to Vixen convertor. Only weeks old.
