Ethereal dawn light gently illuminates a section of the Murrumbidgee River and accentuates highlights with inflections of copper and gold. The long exposure required to make this image provides the painterly feel that I strive for in my landscapes and waterscapes.
Note the very first copper-coloured rays of sunlight striking the rock formations towards the rear right of the scene.
