Wemt with a mate to the Sheffield Shield game today at Newcastle's No. 1 sportsground.
Note poor batsman Cameron White. he's taken the big swing only to hear the awful sound of ball on timber. Talk about a lucky pic.

This batsman (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=68823&d=1261294394) also had to walk, as the ball in the pic flew off the bad and into the slips to be caught.
I was using my 450D camera, along with some ancient technology, my Canon 300mm manual focus FD lens, that I bought 2nd hand back in the late 1980's. I use a FD to EOS adapter.
