Ha all
I shot a few AVI's between clouds and showers at about 4pm this afternoon.
AR 1035, recently formed, is looking great. Usual set up - SM40, 2.5 Powermate, DMK31 with best images stacked and processed in Registax5.
A wonderful afternoon surprise.
I am also excited as I have just ordered a Lunt 60mm solar scope - should be here soon!
Thanks for looking.

Well done Matt,
Some really delicate and well defined detail. I really enjoy the solar images posted here especially now that there seems to be more activity happening, an awakening of sorts. I think the main attraction with Solar images is the, more or less, continual changing state of the activity.

I'm glad someone has managed to get the opportunity to image the Sun!!
Your images are very good!
It'll be interesting to see what you achieve with the Lunt 60.

Lovely Matt, watch that area to the right in your image, looks like it may be hiding something too.

Thanks all for your kind words.
There are plenty of images coming in of this region now - great for the solar nuts.
I will not have another chance on this one so keep posting images, I love the visual updates.
See ya
