Slightly different Star Trails.

Hi all!

Was attempting to make, a timelapse video of the night sky. Turned out alright, but this is the trail from the images.

Decided to go for East instead of the classic South. I had not tried East before, don't get the swirl yet adds for an interesting image.

260 X 25sec frames.

Thought I would try a BW image for this one.

That's great.

I can imagine using that as a bump map for a brushed metal surface.

Good work -- the black and white helps to aid the eye in recognising intensities.

I hope to do some longer ones. That was just a quick attempt. Need to buy a grip or external power source. Surely the stars would white out the frame, after 4 or so hours...? I will have to google some full night star trails.
