I bought this to use on my U.S. observing trip in October, however I have similar gear at home so this is surplus to my needs.
Setup is only 2 Months old, everything you need to start observing!
The tripod has some marks from transport back from the states.
The setup is otherwise like new.
York has this setup at $8,100 (part# 11067-XLT) but there are some extras in here.
Included in the price is;
.C11 (11" with Starbright XLT coatings),
.Heavy duty CG-5 German Equatorial with full 40,000 object GOTO and tracking ability,
.Adjustable 2" Steel leg Tripod with brace,
.Finder Scope on Removable bracket,
.Optional 2” Visual Back,
.Optional Polar Scope,
.2x11 pound counter weights,
.Hardigg case with foam (I got this locally – Valued at $300+)
.1.25” Diagonal & 40mm eyepiece
Also has manual and Sky 6 software that was bundled.
The item is listed on ebay.
Pick up from Melbourne. Postage would be a fair bit due to the weight & size.
