Nothing Too Special....Just The Moon 25/11/2009

We all start somewhere with imaging, so here's my first attempt at Lady Lunar. Shot through an ED80 with a Canon 450D, ISO400, 1/125 second exposure with some slight curves adjustment in Photoshop CS3.

Well done Ben, that's how we all start!

There's some overexposed areas though. Make sure you use the histogram to check the exposure when you're framing/checking focus.

You could lower ISO or use a faster shutter to make sure the histogram isn't clipped at the white end.

By "clipped at the white end" does that mean trying to achieve a more even looking histogram? :shrug::help:
