had a nice little session on the moon yesterday with first quarter and my new zero shift focuser i was eager to have a good look the seeing was brilliant i had the lx90 cranked up to 454x seeing a lovely mountain range to the south could make out where there was starts and stops along it valleys and ridges very impresive. heaps of craters and there central cones cranked up at that mag right on the top at the terminator was 2 craters with there cones poking up higher and the sun lighting them from a side on view with the darkness of the crater around it wow what a sight 45 mins into it the seeing went of at that mag best moon viewing id had for ages

and having the new focuser helps heaps i wish i new the names what i was looking at but still it was a great hour
