Hi All,
Imaged Mars in IR at 807+nm this morning.
Out here at Broken Hill we are about to break our record for consecutive days over 36 C for Nov. Actually 36 C would be a bit of a cool change at the moment. The result of this is that anything close to the horizon is captured in abysmal seeing, even at 3:30am in the morning.
I am amazed at how much detail is in this image when contemplating just how unstable the live feed was for this avi. This is the best 1500 of 7500 frames.
Thanks for looking
Regards
Trevor
