Iridium 6

Managed to finally get an Iridium Flare on digital film.. This is Iridium 6, at 8:40pm last night..

The sky was still quite bright, so over the 15 second exposure it lightened it even more, and because it wasn't dark, I didn't see the flare until it was already quite bright.. so I missed the beginning :(

Still, there's always next time. This one reached -8! Soooo bright it was unbelievable!

Unfortunately because it's not dark you can't see the scale of how bright it is compared to background stars :(

I can't believe that was a night time shot! I had to check that you wrote PM and not AM :P Don't worry Ice, you'll catch the whole thing next time. STill a nice looking flare you caught. Good onya mate!
