I am setting up my PST in a couple of weeks at the Bentleigh Festival to show people the Sun, but the spots that were there a few days ago are gone. Are there any sites with images from around the other side of the Sun to see if anything may come into view in the next week or so? Last year the Sun was boring (as we all know) and there was nothing to show anyone. I am hoping something will come into view in time, and it would be nice to be able to have a peek around the corner!

Damn it! We had virtually nothing to see. Early in the morning, there was a remnant of an earlier prominence...but it had largely gone by mid afternoon. And now I hear the spots that went around the back a few days ago are still there and are expected to come around again in a few days....missed by that much!

http://www.spaceweather.com/ has a "far side of the sun" graphic on the left on their main page.
