Maybe, but a meteoroid the size large enough to leave a bullet sized hole wouldn't be traveling fast enough to do so in the first place, unless it was a fragment from an airburst close to the ground.

Who's to say it isn't a bullet hole.

But how long is a metal rifle barrel going to last?? Even a plastic one would breakdown after a few thousand years:D
