Hi All,

The storm on Saturn that I tracked from January through to July this year still survives and has taken the record for the longest lived storm ever recorded at Saturn.

Georg Fischer, the researcher that I send my data to, contacted me last night with the following links to various media coverage on the story and the news that it still survives. Georg says that there are about 100 websites covering the story.

Congrats Trev!
It's amazing what people can do for Astronomy Science, will you be attending NACAA next year in Canberra!
They are looking for speakers on a variety of subjects and this would be a great thing to talk about!

:cool3: I have seen some ware some time ago that Mars,Jupiter and Saturn are all experiencing climate change, getting warmer, that's probably why the storm has lasted so long

Heck!!!!

Don't tell Ruddy & Co or they'll conjure up another tax for an ETS to cover the rest of the Solar System!

Great stuff Trevor!

It must be terribly exciting to be involved in such an amazing set of observations and see it broadcast to the worldwide scientific community. Congratulations to one of our Aussies and IIS members.
