I think I have found a solution for astro equipment transport bags.
I have been searching for a quality padded transport bag for my EQ5 and my 150mm x 1200mm refractor.I couldn't find anything suitable anywhere.
With my contacts in the music industry I found a very nice 3 layer armored nylon zip up touring bag that is urathane foam all around with a nylon inner.
Hard cases are way too expensive.
So with two of these bags my EQ5 and 6" refractor fit across the back seat of my sedan !
They retail for $149, I can get them for $79:D
