Hi all, first night out for some time, got the auto tracking working okay with the Orion Starshoot. Captured 3 x 4 minute exposures of this comet this morning with the Astrograph and Astro 40D camera cooled to below zero.

Full FOV image.

Very nice Lester. You’ve certainly managed to pull in the tail – quite an impressive sight!

Cheers

Top job Lester,

Great to see you producing such fine work. The star images look nice and tight and their colours look good. The comet's nucleus and morphology of it's tail are well defined. The tail seems quite extensive.

Well done.

Trevor

Very nice pic. Just needs a flat to even the background.
Good effort.
