Sorry to hear of all losses Jen..er perhaps not the weight thing if that makes you feel better.
To hear about your daughter really makes me feel very sad and I hope she will get thru it all...My kids always respected my wishes because of fear and although fear is a terrible motivation they both agree they are now better for it....
I hope there is a positive outcome for you.
I wish you and your family all the best for the future.

Hi Jen, :)
Not news I like to hear about your Nan.
Losses like that you do get over but the memories never vanish. I have experienced it.
Sad about the daughter. Sounds like you have made a brave decision. That will speed up the maturing of attitude she needs.
However, WELCOME BACK ;) I was in NZ recently as you know and Gary P had nice words about you. jjj the same. Everyone I have met personally from IIS speaks well of you.
Looking forward to more purple. Enjoy the astrofest. I have a new swimming pool to organise and lay pavers etc.
Will show pics of before and after. There is a good story to come out of it. Will post it once its finalized.:)
Look after the hand that spreads the purple joy.:)
Cheers Marty

Welcome back Jen. Sometimes when sorrows and misfortunes seem to be crowding in, then you need some positives in your life. Not always easy to recognise the positives, but our great hobby and the wonderful people on this forum, are VERY DEFINITELY positives!!

:thanx: Ric yeah i should release a celebrity IIS DVD :lol:
after baring children and putting everyones needs before mine i decided to take it upon myself to get back to the way i looked before having kids :P
So i started up using the body trim program which dosnt invole any excercise at all except for doind at least 10,000 steps a day ;) and it involves eating real food not those shake crappy things by eating protein meals 6 times a day is a amazing the weight is just falling off me and i have got so much energy now its not funny like someone has found the on button on me and finally turned it on :rofl::rofl:And one day a week you can eat all you want woooohoooo what diet allows you to do that :D
Ric in the first week i lost 2.5kilos give it a go
Good luck
:lol::lol::lol: LOL thanks Astral :thumbsup::thumbsup:
Well done Jen
I've got the 10,000 steps bit happening at the moment around the farm.
I'll have to look into the rest of that program.
Cheers
