Well I did manage Mars albeit through crappy seeing, Did manage a couple of next
months MOC"s : ) then cloud, then me waking up on seat covered in dew, cold coffee
spilt over lap, ciggerette ash on chest and rain : ) still have to say as bright as it was
with little surface detail I really enjoyed observing Venus. In it present possy being well
away from the sun it looks like an over exposed highly defined moon. Prolly what o'l
Luna will look like in about 4 billion years.
regards,CS, I've changed my shirt and pants, where's my thermos!! could be observing
could be storm shots tonight...

Yeah the weather up here in Brissie has been bad as well. If it is not raining or storming, its cloudy (or better yet some wispy "you can't see me" clouds that gets in the way of some serious full fledged observing). Got really frustrated as I was recovering from the flu and did not have a voice (Sat/Sun), plus the wifey was away on hols and was hoping to get some observing done over the weekend. Spent most of my time looking through sucker holes. Finally gave up and went to bed all grumpy...looks like summer is here (the season of unpredictability.......I miss winter already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

p/s; one more observing weekend to go before the wife gets back. It had better be clear or else.......
