SA100 with Surplus shed slit

Ken,
I recall you mentioning that you'd been trying to convince the good folk at surplus shed to make up an 1.25" adaptor for the optical slit they sell. The aim being to fit it into the optical path fairly easily..
Did you end up getting any success on this one??

with the upgraded mount I'm getting it would be interesting to get some use of the adjustable slit I've already got...:)

Haven't hear back from them for a while.....
I'll chase them up. In the meantime I can give you a sketch of the mod required to a 15mm T thread extension. You need a hacksaw, file and small sanding drum or dremmel. By hand, takes about 15-20 mins max.

Here we go!
Based on a 15mm T thread extension tube. Straight cut across and dremmel/ drum to increase the inside diameter. Surplus Shed got back to me " Still following up with supplier"
