Let me rephrase that. If you have an image online somewhere you can, link to that image using "insert Image" icon. But you can't upload an image as you would do for a post in the forums.

Paul's correct. You can't attach any files or images to PM's. You'd have to link to them, or get the persons email address and send them a regular email with the attachment.
