I could not believe how much smoke was around yesterday (back burning). It was hard to breath!
Anyway pushed on and decided to image the Dumbbell Nebula LRGB 48:16:16:16 through ED80 2 min subs DSI III Pro (guided) .

Thanks Marc. I was really surprised at how faint this nebula is anyway! So I am happy with the detail. Will image this through the 10" at f6.3 and get closer next time.

Nice shot!! Hasn't the smoke been bad!!?? I can sit round a smoky campfire all night sucking in the smoke no problems.... For some reason though many of my work mates were complaining of sore throats, even me.. weird...

Thanks Mitchell.
Yes, I know about the sore throat. As soon as the smoke turned up I got a sore throat - but as you say, its wiered! It must have somethig to do with the Eucalyptus burning off or the smoke mixing with pollution in the atmosphere - becuase a camp fire doesnt have the same effect!
