Could anyone please tell me where in the blue mountains I could get the clearest view of the western horizon without any trees or other objects obstructing the view?
I have been to Hargraves Lookout a while ago but couldn't remember if the western horizon was clearly visible or not?
Greatly appreciate any recommendations, thankyou.

There are probably a few good places along northern half of the Mt York Road. Have a look at StreetView in Google Maps. There are a few lookouts along the top of the escarpment.

Links didn't work for me?
I'll check out Mt York Rd. I also found Blackheath lookout which has pretty good views as well.
