one thing that confuses me is how do i attach the 80ED to my main scope?
like is there a certain way it has to be on for the 130 to guide propley or wat?

I've attached a picture of my rig. I just got tube rings bolted through. It has to be rock solid - that's all. You can then guide through the newt and image with the ED80 or vice versa. You'll find the ED80 to have practically alomost the same FOV as your newt, although you will need a coma corrector for your newt. I use a baader MPCC.

The HEQ5 will carry that much weight. and provided its all secured and very rigid, you should have no problems getting nice images out of that setup..

Yep G11 - but I suspect the HEQ5 would still carry the weight. The whole assembly is not that heavy.

how much would you say it weighs, the two scopes plus a dslr?

Not sure really. Got me there... but I'm pretty sure you'll have plenty of room to move with your mount though. I have only one counterweight on the shaft with this config. Maybe 7 or 10Kg?
