My local club the Bright Astronomy Group is celebrating its 4th anniversary on Wednesday next week, 9 September. We'll meet at the airstrip at Porepunkah (take Buckland Valley Rd from the large roundabout at Porepunkah) at around 6:30pm (weather depending), and are inviting anyone who's interested to come along!

Telescope or binoculars not necessary, as we're happy to share! All for free - more details in the attachment, an article in this week's Alpine Observer.

Cheers -

Bugger - I had 3 nights half way up Mt Buffalo a couple of weeks ago. We were wondering where the airstrip was.

Good luck for tonight guys. The Weather down here in Melborune isn't looking too flash right now... cross your fingers.

Also you should get Mike to list your club web site on the clublisting page (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/clublistings.html).
