greetings all. this is my first go at m16,taken on the first night of qld af. i had planned to get at least 3 hours on this, but you know,with such a big sky... i really should learn to concentrate on one thing at a time:rolleyes:. anyway,the end result(for now), 15x7min,ED80, canon500d-iso800,auto awa in DSS,level-curves adjust in PS4 THANKS FOR LOOKING:D and commenting if you like.

Great image Darrell. This has got to be one of my favorite objects and you've captured some nice detail. 15x7 mins is a pretty reasonable effort.
