Nice one
Althought their statement, "Wherever you are in the world, there will always be stars in the night sky above". That's true but whether you can actually see them is another matter entirely :)

I do naked eye astronomy every night out in the remote work camps.
I look up and navigate to the outhouse about 5 times a night after all that light beer.
Cheers Kev.

Kevin,

I too take on the task of naked eye astronomy, but I practice on the move, there is nothing better than driving at night with the roof down and the heater on just sucking it all in. (unless it's behind the telescope)

Regards.

Greg.

Hope you're the passenger. Drivers who do that are known as road statistics.

Brrrr in winter, not so bad in summer except for the mozzies.
Seriously though.....
I can't think of anything more relaxing than kicking back on the banana lounge, some quiet music in the back ground a glass of whatever in hand, waiting for an iridium flare, iss pass or just watching for meteors.
