Here is the Banzai cliffs they talk about, their dark site. Looks like it is about 5km from the resort. Not sure whether if it is from where they are filming or from the top of the cliffs seen towards the end of the clip.

Saipan is well populated - over 60,000 in 2000 - so you'd want to get them all on the other side of the cliff, I would think.
