Yes it's small!!!
Dumbell Nebula M27 captured with QHY8 OSC and Takahashi FSQ106ED at 530mm.
12 X 10 minute subs fully calibrated with Flats and darks.

I have included a crop of the nebula to make it visible and have also added a link to a High Res version but be warned it is about 3.5MB.

The images posted below seem to loose a lot of detail and colour depth due to the amount of compression required to make the 200K limit.

Thanks Guy and Gals. Tried to setup with the focal reducer today for this evening but realised I need another Tak adapter. Probably another couple of hundred $ knowing Tak. Nice gear but expensive.

I doubt something like this would be visible with the reducer though.

I think they make their scopes with the intention of making at least as much again on the adapters!

Ashley at Precise Parts in Miami is an awesome resource. Expensive but really good.

Thanks for the info Greg. I actually by most bits from Peter Lee in Hongkong. He is pretty reasonable and can even make something unusual if you need it. His pricing is pretty good and delivery of even custom made adapters is only a couple of weeks.

Thanks Marc. The web site has been growing for a while no and really is in need of a rebuild/update but I'm afraid my computer skills are limitted and it may have to remain in it's current state for a while yet. With work committments to a programming job and a few other things on the go the website is well back in the list of priorities at the moment.

I need a site which is easy to maintain and update like a Joomla base site or similar but don't quite have the know how. Maybe when I retire and have a bit more time on my hands to learn something new.
