Well its actually an ancient Himilayan ritual passed down through the ages from yak herder to yak herder. Recent visits to the Himilayas by hikers have begun the process of sharing this secret to some trusted individuals, only one per country, I'm led to believe. Allan perhaps is our country's chosen one...??
My suggestion? buy a whole bunch of them at a flea market and throw them away after 1 use... :D
I think they're meant to twist up.
Anyway you can do it to get them back into the bag, I don't think it matters really as there quite flexible, good luck

Phil - gather the hoops together as best the material allows, and then hold them with your hands opposite each other around the hoop. Twist your hands and allow the hoops to literally collapse in on themselves. Once you've done it once it's a piece of cake.

It is really quite simple.
Start by reading the instructions.
Then, fold any two sides towards each other so that you have a flat thing.
Then pick it up by the bottom end (slightly wider end) and hold it outin front of you like a giant phallus. (about that hight). Hold it about a third of the way along the length.
Now slowly move it up and down. Increasing speed as you go.
(This post is surely going to get censored!!!)
Then when it lookks like it is going to crumple, quickly move your hands across each other while heading towards the ground.
And with any luck, it will fold into three sub circles.
This is the right size for the bag.
Hardly ever works first time, but each time gets closer.
When it looks like a circle grab it and stuff itin the bag.
However, this assumes your tent is the same as mine.
Good luck!
Report back on results.
(And don't tell anyone else our secret, my apprentice yak herder)

Man that was funny wasn't it. I don't know how I managed to take the photos I was laughing so hard.
It took them at least 40 minutes to bag that thing.
Thanks everyone if i had the instructions i would not be posting this. As for the tent well lets say it still up in my room.
I will get it one day.
