Photoshop CS2+

Looking for a copy of Photoshop CS2 or higher. I know its a long shot, but if anyone has one would be interested

Are used and resold secondhand copies of Photoshop even useable , ie can the old copy be transferred via a new installation from the original CD to another computer and still have a valid key ?

(Are they one computer or one user licences ?)
