Hey, what's that smudge on the pole? ;)
Another beaut image Anthony.:)
Great capture Anthony, the impact zone is really spreading out now.
It's looking awesome.

Hi Anthony
Another gorgeous, stunning image of Jupiter. The image scale, smoothness of tones and superb detail really make these look like they were taken by a Jupiter orbiter rather than from your back garden!
It is fascinating to see how the Wesley Impact Strike has evolved since your discovery image.
Cheers

great stuff - you would have enough images now to do a long time lapse showing the impact clouds growth and distribution wouldnt you?

Very nice capture. It has spread out even more.
I had very good skies last night but the WIS was just on the limb when I had to call it quits.
You're on the homepage of Spaceweather.com again - nice little write-up (and this image)!! Congrats.

Hi Anthony
Another super image - the impact cloud has certainly lightened and will soon be indistinguishable from normal Jupiter activity - what a great event you initially observed and reported!
Nice image, Anthony:thumbsup:

Lovely image Anthony, the usual deilcate detail that I so look forward to in your images.
Seems like there is now a "Birds Eye" on Jupiter.
The synoptic chart looks good for tonight as well.
Regards
Trevor
Unbelievable image scale
