Image was taken with a Unmodded Canon 350D using an Orion DSF at prime focus attached to a Saxon ED80.
Piggybacked on a polar mounted 10" LX200GPS.
Autoguided with a Meade Deep Sky Imager through the LX200GPS.
The composition is a stack of 12 x 8min at 800iso.
The image is uncropped.
Stacked using Deep Sky Stacker and processed using Photoshop CS3.
Thanks for looking

pretty good paul, pushed it to bring out the faint without blowing out the bright ........ well done
however...... i do like it up the other way ( 180 deg rotation) i know theres no up or down in space, i just prefer it that way.

Thanks Trevor.
Thanks Clive, when it was taken on the night it was on a different angle again, thanks for your feedback.
Paul, I used the Orion Broadband Deep Sky Filter, anything more than 4 minutes at my location turns the images a funny colour. This filter works well. Got it from Bintel, 2" $99 at the time.

Very nice Paul. You captured and brought out a lot of the outer nebulosity without saacrificing your star field.
Well done.
Very nicely done Paul !
The little ED80 is a real trooper isn't it.
Nice detail in there.
Well done mate.
