Do you mean the Flex-dob in the Skywatcher?

And what do you mean by "better"? On which measures? Which things matter to you? Portability? Set-up time? Optics? Price? Options?

I have a SW 12" solid tube dob and it has superb optics.

I would almost bet that you could put the two together on the same night, looking at the same object, and you probably wouldn't be able to pick the difference, optics-wise. But I'll stand corrected.

I tend to agree with Stephen (previous post).
I think seeing conditions, transparency and the eyepieces used are a much bigger factor in the sharpness and brightness of the image produced.

Even if there was a measureable difference when they're brand new, - which I doubt, I'd be fairly sure there wouldn't be much after the effects of a bit of dew have etched their way into the primary cell leaving it looking more like a dalmation than a precision optical instrument :P - like on my 12" Meade LB. And the views are still superb ;)
