Limiting visual magnitudes

I'd be interested in feed back from forum members on the visual magnitudes being achieved for various telescopes and locations.

To kick off, what about 15.5 from suburban Melbourne, no filters 333mm f4 Newtonian reflector.

During my supernovae search I regulaly get down to 15.5 from my site in Quensland with my 40cm Dob. With my 20cm doing the same search 14.7 was acheived, this was confirmed by an ex professional astronomer,also using the data from Thompson and AASVO charts .astroron
