Thought I would spend some more time on this image seeing it has been cloudy over here.
Much happier with this version compared to the previous version. Used some new processing techniques and I think it has come up quite nicely.
Image can be found here. :)

Matt, that's a stunning image, and for so short an exposure. Well done again. More detail in this version.
Nice one Matty, that has certainly come up fantastically beautiful colouring and detail.

Thanks very much guys. :D ;)
Mark, this was taken with a Lightbuckets 12.5" RCOS. I wish I could resolve such detail with my setup. I'm working on that though. :help:

Thanks Doug and David.
Glad you liked it. :)
Just started a piggy bank for a 12.5" RCOS. Hopefully I will have enough by I'm 30. :P

Great repro Matt. You've taken out most of the blue cast that appeared in the first image and managed the star colour much better.
Very nicely processed

You've got a great image there Matt!:thumbsup: It always pays to spend plenty of time processing to pull out the colour & detail hiding in the data. I typically spend two days processing my images (!!) - with a few tweaks after that as I see ways to improve the result.
Well done!

Great repro. What stunning contrast, colour, and detail. Good luck with the savings plan!

Thanks again for the comments. :)
It really does help to spend as much time as possible on processing. I find that processing an image several times from scratch, so you have at least two seperate copies to compare, really helps. As I tend to miss or over do things the first time through.
