I am also looking for a new owner for this magnificent eyepiece.
The 17T4 is much vaunted in the astronomical community. For a good example of this, check out the review of the Type 4 Naglers from Cloudy Nights, which concludes that the 17T4 is the superior T4 Nagler, and one you will want in your eyepiece kit if looking at something in this focal length:

I purchased this eyepiece from one of the moderators of IIS, Xstream, at SPSP this year. While it is a spectacular ocular, its true FOV is so similar to the 13mm Ethos, that I will not be getting to use it as much as it deserves.
The eyepiece has been kept in excellent condition by its original owner, and I have only had it out 5 or 6 times since SPSP. Glass is perfect. Instadjust is working as if new. Comes with original caps. The box is still with Xstream - I am sure we can arrange delivery of this too if you can wait for John to return from his travels up North! Pictures attached.
For those with faster mirrors, it performs best with a Paracorr. It is an excellent medium power selection.
The 17 Nagler is currently selling at its Australian stockist at discount down from $639 to $519. I will sell to you, inclusive of postage, for $395.
This is a real bargain, and for anyone who is priced out of getting the 17 Ethos, this is the obvious second choice.
Please PM me if interested.
