.......that avandonk started, my mate David Pretorious has just given me a laptop computer! Now I can try some toucam photography (when I find one)

Hope I have'nt embarrassed you too much with this thread Davo......Just letting the rest of the guy's know what a great person you are!.....They already knew that though! :P

I was going thru my emails today to get your address to send the puter, and from almost the day i joined this forum asking silly questions, there have been emails from asimov, pictures of eq's, masks, ask Lee Andrews this question!! Make sure you get that and the list goes on, from day 1.

I'd say we are even

My pleasure mate....Now get a 5mm LV/20mm TV/a 3 holed aperture mask/contrast booster/EQ mount(motorized)/Kodak camera/curved spider/some decent seeing conditions/allow 2 hrs cool-down/collimate/hook camera up/take nice pictures mars/post to forum....

Now please send me your toucam & I'll call us even!! :lol: :nerd:

Just joking of course....On a more serious point....Got your messages today, ta...is it good seeing at your place...& if so, are you all setup with your scope covered up ready for nice pictures mars....or what??

except our member called wind and his naughty corner partner called cloudy streams.

got mikes 2x and 2.4x and getting lovely visuals with the 12mm all stacked so give me 12mm at 4.8x of mars, but the wind keeps blowing, so i can't image

clouds are hiding saturn, so will give up on imaging an just enjoy the view.

up to the trap to count some stars
