Stanley River Education Centre

Does anyone know if the Stanley River Education Centre near Lake Somerset in Brisbane is accessible anytime for casual dark sky observing, or do they have locked gates and things that only open during bookings?

The stanley river education centre is used by schools and other groups, so just turning up for casual observing probably isn't possible. Also being a part of the qld education department it is private property.
