Hey all, I tried to get 20 frames this night, but somehow disabled N-S correction on my guiding and didn't notice until no14:shrug::P(pays to check shots early and -carefully!) I was only going to add to this data, but decided to have a look at the last 6 of the batch anyway.I wish I had got all 20!:( ah well, next time... taken at Boondooma dam-ED80-Heq5pro-canon 500d-phd-dss-ps4 6x5 mins

Darrell,
It worked out quite well despite the fewer number of frames. Well done.
Darrell your image has plenty of detail and the stars look pretty sharp, so in that area you have done well, however the colour seems a little off, and probably needs to be tamed a bit.
Having said that, keep at it mate, your capturing is getting some good results.
Leon
Well done Darrell.
I agree with Leon. Details are all there. Interesting composition. Focus sharp. Looks like everything is going to plan with regards to data acquisition. Colour? The moon has poisoned it! Alas, it maybe possible to restore it to something palatable with more processing. Keep pushing the data around to see what it can do. Keep at it!

hello again, whilst the data captured looks well aquired, it is the blue in the centre which looks a bit out of balance, a bit too dominant, have another go with a less dominant effect,
not sure it is the moon as that ends to cast an overall blueness to everything, and the sky isnt in this one.
the comments are given to help and not put down anyone, ive learnt a lot through just such critique, i hope its taken in that way
cheers clive.
